The company’s principal administrator, Carlisha Hartzog, is a management consultant with a career background in the financial, public relations, and fashion industries. Hartzog spent eight years of her career in leadership and management positions for various financial institutions in the United States, focusing on the consumer and commercial banking needs of her portfolio, managing portfolios in excess of $20 million. Hartzog has been dedicated to the fashion industry since 2002, which has included experience in modeling, retail, corporate functions and consulting. An alumnus of the University of Alabama, Hartzog studied fashion, business and marketing, establishing a perfectly intervening correlation among all three studies. This eclectic mix propels her decision-making processes with logistics tactics that infuse creativity, enhance her client’s overall experience. Hartzog graduated Magna Cum Laude and received a Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Alabama with a major in Fashion Merchandising and minors in Business, Marketing and Spanish. She completed her Master of Business Administration at the University of South Alabama in May 2012.

While living in Europe and the Northeastern United States, Hartzog has always been intrigued and influenced by the diversity and impact of brand power.  Utilizing the knowledge that she received from her education and experience, she has offered sales and merchandising services to retail boutiques and stores such as Victoria’s Secret, New York & Company, and BCBG Max Azria within the Southeastern United States. Hartzog also successfully completed an internship at the BCBG Max Azria corporate showroom in New York in 2006, which further enhanced her branding and consulting skills.  An avid traveler and fashion correspondent, Hartzog has been accredited by the British Fashion Council as an International Blogger, and covered runway shows during London Fashion Week in 2012.

As Hartzog Consulting has evolved, Hartzog continues to utilize experiences from the world of fashion and corporate America to provide leadership to the firm, offering a distinct viewpoint of how a brand can take on many forms, and should ultimately appeal to the market and intentionally defined stakeholders.
